I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are tailored to what you're carrying and to what best supports your nervous system.
Sessions are a place for you to take a pause from your week to focus inward. I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what you are working through, we might use EMDR, inner child work, expressive approaches like art or sand tray, or simply talk. Most sessions are a combination of things.
What stays consistent is the pace. We go at a speed that feels manageable, not destabilizing.

The foundation of my approach. Inner child work is the practice of turning toward the younger parts of yourself with understanding rather than shame, and learning to give yourself what you needed but did not receive.
A lot of what we carry into adulthood — the way we relate to people, how much we trust ourselves, and how safe we feel in our own skin — comes from what happened when we were young. We approach those experiences with the curiosity and compassion your younger self deserved.
PTSD does not always look the way people expect. Sometimes it is flashbacks. Sometimes it is numbness, hypervigilance, or feeling like you cannot fully be present. I use research-supported approaches, including EMDR, somatic work, and expressive therapies.
Leaving a faith community, or questioning the beliefs you were raised with, can be deeply disorienting. You may be grieving something and relieved at the same time. You deserve a place to freely express yourself and explore who you truly are.
College, relationships, leaving home, figuring out what you actually believe. Your 20s and early 30s can feel like a lot of pressure to have answers you genuinely do not have yet. Therapy during this time can be a place to think things through without judgment.
Women often navigate the complex intersection of identity, relationships, family expectations, and self-worth. Whether that is tied to trauma, religion, culture, or something harder to name, this is work where meaningful change can happen.
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing for trauma and PTSD.
Reconnecting with and healing the younger parts of yourself.
Art, sand tray, and creative approaches when words aren't enough.
Somatic techniques to help you understand yourself and heal on a deeper level.
I run small group experiences for women centered on inner child work. If you are interested in being notified when the next group runs, reach out and I will add you to the list.
